All our items are carefully hand-packed in responsible packaging. We offer the following delivery options at Checkout:
UK Delivery
Royal Mail Standard UK Delivery (Mon-Sat) - 2 to 3 working days on all orders. Free shipping on orders over £100. Signature Required.
USA Delivery
Standard Delivery (Mon-Fri) - 3 to 4 working days on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $140
European Delivery
Standard European Delivery (Mon-Fri) - 3 to 10 working days - £10.00.
Standard European Delivery is Free on all orders over £100.
Please Note - extra charges may apply at point of delivery for customers based in the EU.
Rest of the World Delivery
International Delivery (Mon-Fri) - up to 21 working days (7 to 10 typically) - £10.00.
International Delivery is Free on all orders over £100.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOM CHARGES & VAT
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), the VAT is not charged. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures.
Our prices are all listed in British pounds and VAT is included within our price if applicable. Please contact us at info@eparaskincare.com if you would like to find out about which retailers we stock with in your country.
Epara Skincare is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Epara Skincare is not able to provide a refund or offer a new delivery until 21 working days from dispatch due to some orders taking 21 days to be delivered.
VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS
Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.

SENSITIVITY
Essential oils are pure and made up of a number of components, while sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. Often people are unaware of the exact ingredient which can cause their skin to be sensitive, therefore the source of the irritation can be difficult to determine. Your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, seasonal variation and while taking medication. We recommend patch-testing all products on your skin
SENDING A RETURN
Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 14 working days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you).
